Email Clutter
Desktop email clients are a convenient and feature rich method of downloading and sending emails from your computer. Regardless of the email client you use the Deleted Items folder will inevitably become filled with obsolete or unnecessary emails. Even deleting these emails will not necessarily dispose of all evidence and traces within your system folders or within the registry. Every email you receive or write can be found in various locations on your PC. Leaving these traces on your system makes it easy for hackers and computer users to restore the emails in question.
